Cost per square foot to finish a 900 square foot basement with sub floors and laminate. And a 8' x10' bathroom tiled with high end vanity tiolet and tub.
Sub floors, foam and then laminate. Foam glued to the concrete, then framed and insulated. Separate bedroom, two closets, 28 pot lights, dimmers, upgrade 12 outlets and 9 switches. Eight new doors, all trim work and drywall finished and primed. And a 10' by 8' bathroom to have a tub, nice toilet, vanity with single sink mirror and wall light as well as a pot light over the tub.
Hey there, Ian here from GSD Projects.
Basements can fluctuate based on finishing...
They range from $35/ sqft to a high end of $65 / sqft.
Hope this helps.
Ok so here goes.
Bathroom - $10 to $15 thousand - Framed to Finish
Flooring and Prep - $5000 to $7500
Bedroon - Framing, Drywall - $5000
Electrical - $2000 to $3000
Trim and rest of the drywall - $2000 - $3000
Rough guide
I have heard of some customers getting prices around 25 per s.f, up to 65 per s.f depending on the type of finish etc. Your basement, with the foam and underlay, higher end bathroom, laminate flooring would most likely be around the 40 per s.f range at the minimum. The finishes make all the difference. For example, laminate can range between 1.00 to 7.00 per s.f. a huge difference.
Hope this helps.

From your description of your project I would give you a rough quote of 35 to $40,000 100% finished. If you were in Calgary I do it for 35 if you sign today LOL I would not pay over $40,000 but again it does depend on all your finishes and your fixtures etc etc.
Good luck!
High end basement finishing / sqft around $50 /sqft
3 pcs bathroom is about $15000
