What are the steps to build an infill house? How much It would cost me, the location is in NW of Winnipeg?

Consult a local infill builder. Cost of construction and Bylaws are different in all areas and there are many steps to building a house. If you plan to build it yourself... don't.

Hi Cathy, infill building is a lot different, there are curb and sidewalk deposits, there is no where usually to store fill, site fencing is a big concern, kids love big holes. If the site is not secured properly you will have every local touring the ongoing construction.
Consult a professional, this is not a project you want to take on by yourself.
