When you see it would cost $200 - $250 sq.ft to build a bungalow does that include land, city permits, hook ups to water and sewer or septic, etc.? What does it include? What is not included

I specialize in decks, however I am quite certain that the cost to build a dwelling ranges from about $150/ sq ft and up depending on the finishes you choose. This cost, I believe, is for the materials and labor and nothing else

This would only include your building finished including materials, now price per square ft would change depending on what you what done and finishes.
