What is a fair price in this area? Ground is prepared ready for install of gravel and pad on top. 10x12 ft pad. Have had quotes 2000$ apart. Small area would probably be done by hand/wheelbarrow.

Hi Liz,

Usually for a small area like that you do end up paying a premium. I'd say a fair price is around $1600.

Our company is located in Mississauga so I can't say for certain in Cambridge.

I think it would all depend on experience and stamped or broomswept and how accessable the area is. Our company is based in Barrie and we have a minimum for under 260 sq ft. If a client wants a small area we try to make them expand it or do another small area just to make it more cost effective. Just ask questions, look at previous work and ask for rebar!
