What is the best idea to do with feature wall over fireplace?

I'm refreshing my living room but need some ideas of what to put up on the newly bumped out feature wall over the fireplace... and that doesn't break the bank.
Ideas anyone?

Is the feature wall already completed or are you asking what to put on the wall? I have found great ideas include and obvious choice of mounting a tv above the fireplace. If that is not an option, a solid wood mantle that adds a sense of beauty, a rustic clock.
