What is the cost per sq ft for priming & painting new drywall installed in (northern york region)

I have a bathroom with 103 sq.ft. of walls done and finished in New drywall; the ceiling is 8' high with New drywall too & is 19.5 sq.ft. I am wondering what the cost per sq.ft. is for priming & painting with minor finish sand in a couple of spots no bigger that 4"x4"; 3 spots to be exact on the wall area only.
I also have a lower bath/laundry room which has New drywall taped & finished walls are 270 sq.ft. & ceiling is 54 sq.ft. I am looking to find what the cost per sq.ft. would be to prime & paint it as well. Not including paint cost as I will be buying Benjamin Moore Paint & primer, enough for both bathrooms. This bath's ceiling height is 9 feet.

Hi, I just use Venetian plaster, great for bathroom, fireplace, wall, int/ext, backsplash

For this project I can change $1 per sq ft to prime and paint these walls.

The cost for this would be about $250 for the bathroom and $500 for the laundry. We don't charge per sqft because small rooms have the same amount of corners to cut which is what takes the most time. We usually judge how long a room would take us to do and then base the price off of that.
