What is the cost per square foot to build a mid range home in Abbotsford BC

We are looking to move to Abbotsford and want to build a new home what homes are the lowest cost per square foot split level, two story, rancher, etc. Of those what is the average price per square foot finished.

Good Afternoon,
Midrange home would be $250-280 sqft. There are ways to cut this back if needed. Again depending on materials this can also climb higher.
