Would like to have 1000 square feet of laminate installed in a condo. How much would something like this cost?

I would charge $1.25/sq.ft to lay that amount of flooring.

Hi Jacquie,

You are looking at from 1.25 to 1.75 per square foot.

The number of transitions involved and your choice of material to use as an underlay will effect the cost. Are you looking for all new quarter rounds to be installed as well?

The quality of the laminate itself will effect the quote you get from good installers as well.

Hope that helps,

James Fram
