What is the cost to paint two rooms?

Depends on how much wall repair must be done. But based on what you said two coats of paint and minor repairs. Would cost you about 700$

Hi,

With approximately 1,114.2 wall sq/ft it would be .85 per sq/ft totalling: $947.07 and that would include 2 coats, minor repair as well as ensuring all floors and furniture are properly covered and protected. That's based on the market value of the GTA and you may find your area has a different market price.

That ceiling may be an issue. Is it a spray stucco, or oil that needs some Fresh Start sealer-primer first? What about trim? Oil too? South of $1,000. is possible, but get an experienced painter in to have a look first. Did you get a good quality paint, or will they struggle with a difficult product? Clients sometimes will under estimate the job because of missed details, but if you catch your painter in a good mood after lunch, well ...

I agree with the previous replies. Anywhere from $700-$900 would be a reasonable price. Obviously there are variables that will determine where you fall in that range.
