What is the cost to replace fireplace?

How much would something like this cost? It would replace a standard brick wood-burning fireplace with mantel.

Keeping in mind that there are variables such as demo of existing fireplace and disposal, possible restructuring, etc. the cost can vary.
Having said that, my guy Tony did one like this last year for close to 10K. It was amazing, however.
