What is the current rate to install and finish drywall

Roughly in Alberta it's $3 a sqft materials included, some will be cheaper depending company credentials such as insurance, licenses. Some guys are even higher but you get what you pay for especially when it comes to flat painted ceilings.

$2.50 - $3.50 sq ft.

You'll be looking at anywhere from $2.50 to $4.50 a square that's supply and install.

Also it really all depends on the job. If you want 100% quality then you'll be paying on the upper. If quality doesnt matter them it will be on the lower end.

Custom work will be at the $4.50 mark higher end. And production/construction grade will cost you anywhere from $2.50 +$3.50. It really all depends how picky you are and what it's altimitly for.

Wow the prices listed above are insane! I wish that was realistic but unfortunately it is NOT.

We do work in the North Okanogan. Residential drywall prices start at $1.65/ft. for 8ft ceilings. This includes all material and delivery as well as disposal costs. Installation, finishing, ceiling texture sanding, and returning for touch-ups after finishing carpentry.
