What is the estimated cost to have someone erect 10 x 8 shed in Oakville, Ontario. We also need patio stones laid for shed to sit on.

Depends a lot on the style of assembly of the shed (roof material, floor framing included etc) you are probably looking at $500 - $1,000 for the labour side of things.
