What is the rate per sq ft for hardwood installation in Kelowna?

There are lots of qualified individuals out there that can install your floor. Most flooring companies offer a standard installation any where from a$1.50 to 2.25 per sqft and up depending what material you buy from them size etc. The catch is you then need to pay for removal of old product, how many door jambs and door will need to be cut down, will the baseboard need to be removed and a new one installed. At the end of the day determine your overall sqft and count on $3.50 to 4 per sqft.

Finding anyone to install hardwood in Kelowna for $1.50 a sf would be a surprise, figure $3.00 - $4.00/sf plus plus plus. Possibly you'll find a better price if not going through a shop, but then you'll want to be sure to check their credentials, insurances, and local licensing.
