What is the rate per square foot & linear ft to charge for installing the following products?

Good morning, I'm looking for some information about the labour rate for S wave corrugated steel siding 30 foot sheets (4200sqft)

Crew of 3

Z bar installation?

Strapping installation?

Tyvek installation?

Dense glass installation?

Base flashing installation?

Flashing beneath siding around windows installation?

All trim work, j channel, wall divider, corners etc?

Soffit installation?

Fascia installation?

Parapet fabricating Flashing & installation?

Please not there are two project so a rough estimate for both would be nice. 1st project is two buildings side by side 4300sqft.

Second we've already started but I feel I've under bid on it at $3.50/sqft for tyvek, z bar, window flashing underneath siding, siding then half j channel around windows.

Please advise we will have a crew of 3 working on these projects.
