What kind of repair company do I need to call?

I have a 100 year old house that has a section of wood between the floor and the foundation which is covered with about 3 inches of concrete. On one side of the house this covering has started to come away. I don't have a clue who I should call to have this fixed. I'm in the St James area of Winnipeg.
