I would like to know which contractors do I have to get?
I only have the architect who will do the drawings and submit for permits.
What other contractors do I need?
Foundation, Framing, Roofing, Finishing the inside? Am I missing anything?
You need a general contractor. They will take care of everything you need.
Good morning Frank,
Mayher is absolutely correct that you need a general contractor for this type of project.
There are so many details, schedules, required licensed trades, inspections, permits that it is best to have a GC that oversees the entire process.
Cheers
Dave
I would strongly suggest hiring a general contractor. He will look after the entire project and scheduling the professional trades people. Plus you will have a warranty.
That way you only have one person to deal with.
The best thing to do is to hire an experienced general contractor who can take care of all trades, project scheduling, suppliers,...etc.
If you are this unsure? I strongly recommend you hire a good and "reputable", "General Contractor", you will be happy you did and project will be less stress for you.
