Basically everything hd did he did wrong and it all leaks and I was going to call the police but I doubt they will do anything. How do I make him fix his mistakes? I am really at a loss and just want my bathroom fixed.

Well, actually it was a christmas prez for my dad who has colon cancer and defo another bathroom in the house but thanks to the uncaring plumber this has gone from a gift to an absolute nightmare. I have never been so mistreated by someone who calls himself a professional!! So disgusted and confused.

Please help!

I'm sorry this has happens to you. Your only repercussion would most likely be small claims court.

I would try and talk too the Plumber and come too a decision what can be done too try and fix the problem as best as he can. Or bring in another too fix his problems left by the first Plumber.

Hi,

I'm very sorry to hear what your going through especially because your dad is ill. Unfortunately there isn't any type of policing available to protect homeowners from contractors or contractors from homeowners. Basically you have the right to take them to court but that doesn't help you right now. Hopefully you have a contract so what you do is email the plumber at least three times see if he responds and record day and time for every phone call you have done. If no response hire a trusted plumber and use that new contract with all extra expenses and take him to small claims court if under 10000.00. If this plumber is with any website rating system write your view about him, call the BBB and complain.

Thanks,

Robert

I'm so sorry to hear that this man put you through this all. I would suggest talking to a lawyer to discuss your options, or contacting a news stations 'trouble shooter.'
