What window treatment could go on this awkward window?

I originally wanted to put curtains here, but as you can see in the image there is only a tiny space above the window. Would it make sense to put curtains on this window? If yes, how would we go about this? If no, what do you suggest we should put on this window? Any pictures would be great.
