Cost of labour between $1500 -$1600.00, plus materials.

There are too many variables to give any reasonable estimate.

Is the tile going to be set on a wood subfloor or concrete? Is it a single room or several rooms? Are there going to be any transitions and are there any fixtures such as toilets that need to be removed? Will it be a straight pattern or something that requires lots of cutting such as a diagonal pattern?

If you want a realistic estimate, contact a local contractor in your area, estimates are usually free.

Good answer, Frank!

We wouldn't touch it for the $1600.00 plus materials that someone in Halifax said they'd do it for.

Prices vary by region. Tile size, layout, substrate, scope of work, transitions, stairs, furniture, all impact the price.
