Which contractor do I need for a floor plan and construction schematics?

I don't know what type of pro I should ask for a floor plan and construction schematics for 1400 sqft bungalow?

An architect or designer would be able to provide you with a floorplan design. They would prepare drawings for municipal approvals and permits, and for construction as well.

You will need a architect firm who also provides engineer services...or hire a builder who offers full design service's, if hired to do construction we have a professional who can provide drawings as part if contract or charge as a separate service @ $150/hr, plans can take from 8-16 hrs to prepare.
