Hi, if you send some pictures of the basement it might be better to make an assessment. We provide 1 hour consultations for customers who want us to provide them with sketch ideas and concepts, based on a basic layout that the customer can provide.

I also think that you should post a few pictures of your basement to get a more accurate idea of what is involved. 800 square feet is alot to work with and you could have a wide variety of layouts and possibilities.
