Flooring colour

I am thinking of putting hardwood flooring in my dinning room and would like to know what the best colour would be. The table, and china cabinets are all a dark cherry wood colour. What would be the best colour to go with. The walls a painted a light brown.

you can go with darker wood color, but add a carpet under the dining table and chairs

Here is an example of a dark brown table with a cherry color hardwood floor. The carpet can have a pattern or be solid color depending on what you prefer. This carpet has gray and black in it which ties in nicely with the wall color.

Darker color with rug under the table and chair. Not the carpet.
