Bath Fan/Light Switch/Dimmer Needed

i want to put in a combo bath fan/light. i like to have the lights dimmable in the bathroom. i am looking at the Hunter lights. so a light that uses CF is out because i want to be able to dim them. the issue is that i only have space for one switch module. i can run wiring no problem. the only switches i have seen that include a dimmer AND fan control are for ceiling fans. i am told that the speed control could damage the motor of an exhaust fan.
i dont need to control the speed of the exhaust fan. ideally i want a one-switch-module sized switch that includes: light dimmer, fan on/off and delay.
know of any?

a regular electronic one will do it as i see. just go to any home customizing shop and tell them, they should have one. but of course, the speed will be there, just ignore it if you don't like.

I found something similar to what you're describing at a GTA area Rona so check there first. They should have the kind of switch you're looking for or at least be able to order it in.

I know of a product that may do what you want.
