I plan to install a basement bathroom, which has no rough in. And since there are some water pipes in the basement ceiling, few pipes are needed to relocate.
The bathroom is around 80 sq feet. I want to install a 32x48 shower, a few pot lights, 120 cfm bathroom fan, sink and toilet.
What is the estimated price for this project?
Daniel
It is hard to give a clear answer about cost, considering different finishes and having to dig up the basement floor to install drain lines. You would probably be looking at $12000 - $15000.

It is difficult to estimate the cost of a bathroom as there are so many products out there that can have a large range of selection and price. A good example is a bathroom vanity can range from $400.00 to $1000's of dollars.
You mentioned that there is copper in the ceiling however the biggest issue here is no rough in which means the floor needs to be broken which can get expensive.
Please make sure who ever does this job gets a permit if the rough ins are done wrong the city and your insurance company will have issues with you if there ever any drainage issues.
A decent budget for this project should be in the 13-15k.
Good luck
It's very difficult to say, the last one I did was about $8,000. but if you don't have rough-ins and your laying new drains over 30' to get to the main stack the plumbing alone could wind up costing $8,000.00. It also depends on what fixtures you choose.
Good luck with the project.
