Well i'm currently struggling to choose should i change the light style of my kitchen. previously i'm using common bright mode, but i heard that making it a bit darker might look good sometime... anyone can give me suggestions?

You can get one of the dimming lights, so you can make it dim to save energy and set the mood or lighten it up for cooking.

I would suggest that you light the room enough with room lights to be able to see without blinding you and then use task lighting to light your work spaces. that way you can turn off the task lighting when you dont need it.

not only with this look good but it saves energy as well.

I'm a fan of dimmers myself. This way you can make the room as bright or as dim as you want to make it. You can easily change the lights in the room to match your mood.
