You are going to need to be more specific with what you need quoting on in order to get anything even remotely accurate.

The average kitchen is usually between $12.000-+$15,000. But in reality the average kitchen is between $5,000-$25,000. Once you set a budget you can move forward from there as most contractors offer different cabinet lines to fit everyones budget.

There are set things that increase/decrease costs. First of all there is the cabinet choice....thermofoil, mdf, oak, maple, cherry. Also, do you want raised panel centre or flat? Then there are the types of finishes....stain, paint, with glaze, without glaze. Then the upgrades to consider are....double depth (24" D) cabinet over the fridge, pots and pans drawers, pantry with rollouts, corner cabinets (no blind corners), crown moulding, light valance. The "icing on the cake" is the countertop. Laminate is the most affordable and has come a long way over the years! Next popular is granite, quartz and concrete. Which is usually double to triple the costs of laminate.
