What's an acceptable (labour) cost for a full master bath reno? Approx.100-200 Square feet. Including demo and disposal of current.
We do it for $100-$150 per sq/ft in Toronto area.
We do many of those and oir price is between $9,000 and $11,000 for labour.
good afternoon
usually between 8 to 15 thousand depending on finishings
Cost may vary based on the final fixtures you want to install in your new bathroom and if existing Pipes have to be relocated.
Average cost of labor with us, will be $7K - $13K.
Bathrooms of that size start around ten thousand and go up depending of finishes and design.
There is alot of variability in price based on what you currently have and what you want it to be. For example, re-locating plumbing and lighting fixtures can be a big factor in the cost.
For this reason, we do free estimates on all of our projects to ensure we understand the full scope of the project before we provide you with a price.
As a rough guideline we have done bath renos for $5K all the way up to $15K. We actually did one in an old house in Little Italy for $20K but that was exceptional.
Hi,
the range is from 8,000 - 15,000 for the labor.
There are many variables that can effect it. Such as movement or replacement of drain and supply lines. Moving and updating electrical. Structural work...the list goes on. You will only get an accurate price when the site is inspected and you have a detailed discussion with your contractor.
hope this helps.
Good afternoon Stephanie,
There can be quite a few variables that would impact the cost of your bathroom project. There may be supply and drain lines to reconfigure, electrical to ensure it is to current code. Therefore the labour range could be quite significant.
Thank-you
Dave

Materials and design aside, you'd be looking at roughly $85-125/sq ft. The actual size, finishes, condition of current bathroom, structure as well as any layout modifications would impact this.
An average ensuite bathroom that is 200 square feet would range from $15,000 to $20,000 and can go up depending on what is involved with relocation of Plumbing fixtures custom shower Etc. Hope this helps you out a bit. I recommend you contact a reputable contractor from trusted Pros in your area for free quote.
Hi
Most of the experts have given you the idea on cost. Mostly all are in same range. Depends if the foot print remains same, water damage us There, electrical, other major is if you use latest Ditra water proof material for your peace of mind and better quality it would be little extra. Also if there is glass custom shower then all add to cost. Heated floor etc. Best would be call 3 guys and give your project print out to each of them what you want and you get the best price. All trusted pros star rated contractors are Great.
Good luck.

Hi Stephanie,
Costs vary from province to province. In Winnipeg, costs would run between $14k-$17k. Depends on the actual scope involved....heated floor? Tile tub surround / floor? Type of tub / shower unit...glass doors? Etc etc....
Best of luck....
Approximately 5k-10k in labor costs. Depends a lot on the plumbing modifications required if any.
In a small space like a bathroom, every detail matters: The right wall color, tilework, & lighting can transform a dull & out-dated bathroom into a bright, stylish retreat.
The cost of the entire bathroom reno would be close to $6,500, but it can range anywhere from $1,500 up to $15,000 or more. For a complete remodel, you will likely pay $70/sq. ft. for low-end fixtures with DIY labor, and up to $250/sq. ft. for high-end fixtures installed by a licensed contractor. Labor can also vary depending on your location
