Good Morning Rachel,

Yes, you could have a contractor visit the home with you during a scheduled visit. If you have used a contractor or company before give them a call.

Your Realtor would need to book a visit for a couple of hours if there are a lot of details to review. Take pictures to help with the process of estimating.

If you need to move quick on buying the house though the estimate will rough as it may take too long to get an exact quote back from your contractor. You wouldn't want to lose out on a house while your waiting.

That's great that the contractors have offered their services. We deal with Tile & Grout cleaning including Grout color sealing.

We specialize in the cleaning of tiles and grout especially when dealing with a purchase you dont want to be in the previous owners dirt, slime and soap scum.

If you renovations do NOT involve removing your tile (bathroom or kitchen) and you would like them cleaned, then check us out.
