What kind of qualifications should you look for in hiring a plumber??
Do they need to be licensed?

Its good to hire a licensed plumber with liability insurance and good references, but anyone can do the work as long as it meets code.
Best to hire a pro.
Ask your friends or post a note on Handy Canadian asking for plumbers to submit complete written quotes with references.
