Air Ducts blockage

I recently bought and moved into a property about 23 years old. In 2 rooms, there is no airflow in the heating / cooling ducts at all. The second room is on top of the other. that means the same side seems to be blocked. the rooms adjacent to them have almost double the airflow rate. I got the duct cleaning done but it did not help. Can anyone tell me whom to contact to take care of this issue?

God bless and thanks

Hi Najam !

It sounds like you have a possible valve closed off on your system. Is there any flow at all coming out of the vents? But there could be a handle you will see sticking out of the line feeding those two rooms. Just a possiblity if you cannot find that as a solution then any heating contractor should be able to help you in that regards. It is possible that the piping may have come apart somewheres and the air is going where it is not needed. Any number of reasons could be causing that situation. Hope this helps!
