we used ceramilite in our shower but can't find a way to seal the joins--any caulking just peels off or cleans off--tried a rolled moulding that has putty on the back but it won't stay put either.
Hi, you need to make sure that the tiles are very clean and free of any moisture. Then you need to buy yourself some good caulk. Alot of people in this area shop at Rona, and I don't suggest their brand. It's too soft to work and doesn't perform well. I always use Flextra, great to apply and lasts the best.
Otherwise, grout the joints. As long as everything has a solid backing it shouldn't crack, even in the corners.
Hi,Stewart here of Sct floorcoverings. Make sure that your Caulking is 100% Silicone. Make sure the areas to be caulked are clean and dry, Place Masking tape along areas close to the seams to be caulked approx 1/4 inch away from seams-Caulk seams then remove tape-this will make the cleanup easyer.
