Hi Gord,

Not sure what your asking here, if you have had a constant leak from under your drain and there is some sort of visible growth in the cabinet I would reccomend you contain the cabnet area and have it looked at. any items inside I would leave until you can get an accessment made, if you start moving things around and there is mold growth you may cross contaminate other areas in your home.
