Hi Joe:

Can you tell us the year your house was built and if the joist are 2X10 or I-joist?

Common floor squeak issues are usually nails that had missed the joists and are rubbing beside them.

If you can post more information about the squeaky floors I may be able to help more.

Hi Joe,

How old is your house? If it's been recently built you should expect a little noise from all the different materials starting to dry out, stabilize, etc.. If it's squeaks your hearing then your other poster is probably on the money with missed nails which can be tricky to stop but not impossible.

Hope this helps.
