Newer Stucco is basically a latex finish over concrete base with grit in the latex.

A carwash brush with soap and water work good, pressure washers on a very low setting are fine and areas that are stained or dull can be painted with exterior latex to give your color a fresh-up.

You have to be careful though if water gets in behind the base you will wreck your stucco and figure $15 to $22 per square foot to fix it and thats from section to section if you don't have any breaks ( the lines that make it look like blocks) you have to do the whole wall.

Best and only way to clean stucco is first soak the area with water, so that the stucco can't absorb the cleaner. Then apply the cleaner (bleach ) and rub the area with a stiff brush, then rinse off the wall.

Don't paint stucco. By sealing the stucco will cause you problems. And any repair after it seal will cost a lot.

Re stucco, or wash coat. Not paint.

Hello,

The answer to your question is a little bit difficult because it depends on what kind of stucco is on the wall if this question applys to eifs acryclic finish the best way to clean it would be simply soap and water.
