WHAT CAN I DO WITH A windows and doors DISASTER?

Dear contractor,
Last year we purchased and installed 12 windows, two doors and a patio door from a company. The workshop ship is extremely poor and not up to the standards. We are having draft and water issues. All units are not installed or measured to the Canadian standards.
We need to do something with these windows and doors in order to keep the house safe and functioning.

I assume you signed a Contract and that the company's warrenty is included. I also assume you have called them and that they have not addressed this issue to your satisfaction.
Options include: consult with a lawyer re: legal action, contact the BBB, file a claim in small claims court, contact Mike Holmes.
In the meantime, I would suggest that you contact a reputable window contractor to address these issues ASAP (and then include this amount in a legal claim if you go down that path).
