I have a duplex that was built in 1965, still has good bones. I would like to get it strata'ed so that I could sell each half separately.

What are the costs associated?

Thanks.

Hi Tom,

This sounds more like a legal / real estate question. If you have an agent you would use, bring them in early to walk you through the process.

Good luck with it!

Here is some help:

Costs will be determined by how much good info and surveys you already have in your possession, and how handy you are.
