Hi,
I am interested in building a house between 2000 - 2500 square feet.I have my own property .What is the average price to construct here in Newfoundland?I will do my own landscaping. Thanks
Greeting to you Sir,
My name is Andreas Pirelli, has a Supervisor-Coordinator-Estimator for CPC Universal Group, for more than 20 years in the business trade, in the Province of Quebec, Ontario and now in the Province of Alberta. You could be looking at a fair $ 55.00-70.00 /per square foot for doing so. The price may vary according to the finishing of your kitchen, bathroom and flooring used for this. You may also consider your exterior finish, where brick laying is really more expensive. I would recommend using vinyl siding to start off, this will bring your cost down.
Another aspect you may want to consider is your insulation, being in Newfoundland, you may want to have an R-25 or R-30 insulation for you new home, because temperature are very cold in your winter area.
Your's Truly

Hi,
My name is Gabriel, Certified Carpenter and Inspector.
Sorry to bust your bubble but 55-77/sq,ft is realy to low here in Ontario its 110$-to 125$/sq.ft and thats all included, I think that was your question, right? that includes flooring, insulations I mean all and at that price you can afford high end cabinets and counter top, more luxury. At 110 to 125 you will be on the ball with your house.
