Correction I meant to say seeking a joint venture partnership. The first one markets to firstime buyers, rental property investors and with mortgage rates where there at this product will move fast. David, the adult lifestyle community condos your right are still moving, and in fergus/belwood lake this will be the only project of its kind that's why there are 4 reservations already!
