Adding a bedroom in the basement

I am wanting to add a third bedroom to my home in the basement. I would need to enlarge the basement window so that it is up to code, add one wall with a door, and I would also like to add an electrical outlet to the new wall. The room already has one electrical outlet, lighting, and a light switch.

I'm wondering how much this project will cost.

Bedrooms in the general have to be arc fault uninterrupted, meaning you have to install a AFCI breaker in the panel specifically for the bedrooms. To bring it up to code. In addition to the egress window. Those breakers aren't cheap either compared to the regular ones.

All in all it shouldn't be too tough a project, pricing including the new window, framing the wall, drywall, mud, sand, paint, electrical, door, trim, flooring? around $2500-$3000. Depending on the size too.
