Adding Windows to Basement

I have an unfinished walkout basement in which I'd like to add two 8' x 4' windows. One window would need grills. We're looking at a 4' picture window with one 2' double hung window on either side (all in one casing).

The outside is brick and we wouldn't have to cut through any concrete or do any excavating. One window is on the side of the house and the other on the back.

What kind of cost am I looking at for this?

Hi Erfan,

You would be looking at about 1000.00 for labour. And cost of window and grill. Depending on your contractor you might go up to max 1500.00 in labour, depending on the scope of what is required to have windows ready for install.
