Approx cost to update washroom?

My washroom is 40 square feet. I'm looking to have it painted, floor tiled, new vanity installed. Tub re-caulk.
If I have the vanity and tile - what would an average cost to get rest done?

I strongly recommend you call a trusted Pro bathroom contractor in your local area to get a firm quote. Without seeing the bathroom and knowing what's underneath the existing floor as well as what tiles are being installed excetera it is very hard to give you a ballpark. Doesn't sound like a very big project

In order to provide a proper estimate we would need to look at what is involved, current material on the floor, does the new vanity require a plumbing re work etc. Feel free to give us a call and we can take a look

It would depend on the tile. I would encourage you to et a couple of coats. Without seeing the bathroom and the tile, it is impossible to give a price.
