Average cost per square foot to replace commercial carpet?

We are considering replacing our worn carpet with a higher quality product.
The total area is about 4700 sq ft, mostly open space with 5 offices.
What is the average cost?

Sorry for the late response, I have just noticed this file in my inbox. I can tell you that typically a quality Comercial carpet will cost around $3 sqft. Give or take. Some products like solution dyed nylon in a good weight like 26oz or more can be even higher. Or carpet tiles (the best choice now) could be higher. If you decide to move ahead I would be happy to show you some options including some discontinued products. These seems to be the best way to save on high end products.
