Basement Renovation

I live in Edmonton, Alberta and I am looking at renovating my basement and would like to know a cost. The basement is currently completed. The basement currently has panelling for the walls, carpet for flooring, and hanging ceiling tiles.

I would like to remove all the paneling for the walls and replace it with drywall, remove the carpet and replace with laminate flooring. I am sure there will have to be subfloor added. Remove the old ceiling tiles and replace with new ceiling tiles and iinstall recest lighting in the ceiling.

The house was built in 1962. There are 4 rooms in the basement.

Room 1 - 300'' x 139''

Room 2 - 108'' x 113''

Room 3 - 144'' x 108''

Room 4 - 140'' x 108''

Install new vanity and sink in the bathroom and replace flooring, ceiling, and drywall.
