Labour and materials would be between 5000-7000 it all depends what you decide to use for the shower pan. You can go schluter shower system or you can buy acrylic shower pan/base

There are a few variables that will affect your bottom line but you should expect to pay between $5000-$7000.

I'm sorry for responding late. Depending where the fixtures are bought its hard to price that, but if you want me to price the labour, I would say roughly $2,500 which i would believe tile work and plumbing is required.

Hi there Carol in regards to your posting to reno the 8'x 4'-5' washroom you are looking at 10,000.00 (for the supply of material and labor) give or take.This will factor in demolition to end product with very good fixtures and finishes. Allow 3 to 4 weeks to complete this type of project. Hope this helps you.

8'x4.5' is an odd size. 8'x5' is much more common. Reguardless, the cost would be the same.

With the contractor providing building materials only, and the customer providing finished goods like, vanity, faucets, toilet, tile and paint, the renovation cost would be 8400.00.

Customers should plan on a finished goods budget of 2000 to 4000, making the total renovation budget in the 10,400 to 12400 range.
