Looking for cost estimate - Cambridge - concrete garage pad and floor - no digging required - backyard new garage/workshop build - estimated size 14 ft wide X 28 ft long - 6 inch wide X 12 in tall curb on perimeter except 10 ft of front wall..

Materials and labour about $15 a square foot for this job. If you could reduce curb wall height above slab to an average of 6 or so your price will reduce significantly and your local contractor could easily pour a monolithic slab.

Hello,

The material/labor cost should be $15-$20 per sq/ft including the curb. It all depends on the type of re-enforcement you would like to use, the true grade at the area of installation & how much 3/4" crushed stone is required. Who will supply/install the anchor bolts? Conduits/electrical? These are all factors to determine before final pricing. Feel free to contact us with any questions!
