Contractor Costs For A New Custom Home

I'm looking for very approximate contractor costs in Winnipeg, Manitoba for a 2 storey, 2100 sq ft home.
If you have it broken down that would be great, if not a general ballpark of everything together would be helpful as well. I heard a rule that about 1/3 the cost of a new home should be for contractors. Does that rule still apply?
Say I have a 200k house worth of materials. Should the contractors be about 100k?

In Toronto it is between $175 & $200 per square foot.
