Cost for 45+ ounce wool carpet installation?

How much does it cost for 45+ ounce of wool carpet on 600 square feet in Montreal Quebec?
I'm also wishing to install soundproofing rubber mat under the carpet as I live on a second floor duplex.
What thickness mat do you recommend to reduce/eliminate foot fall impact on kids running around?

The companies that sell the carpet, also do the installations. So you'll have to contact them for a price and recomendation for the under pad.
