Louis, It depends on the size, type of floor, what you'd like in the bathroom and more. For example, if the floor is bare concrete, do you want to cover it? If so, a warm subfloor or just paint. Do you want a vanity and shower? What about the ceiling, left open or drywall of a dropped ceiling? walls painted or left for the owner to finish. So, it can vary in so many ways that it's best to have some contractors visit and estimate based on what you'd like. Be sure to have the same requirements for every contractor so they are comparing apples to apples.
