Cost for Plumbing Rough in

I'm in Calgary and wondering approximately what it would cost to have plumbing roughed in in the unfinished basement of my 1978 house, for a 3 piece bath. No other work would be required (design, finishes, electrical, etc). There is a stack in the wall where the bathroom will be located.

We are located in Toronto so I can't speak for the contractors in Calgary but our here for that type of job you would be looking at between 1500 and 3500 depending on who's breaking up the concrete and digging and also who would be pouring and repairing the concrete. I hope this helps.

This usually runs around $2800 in Winnipeg. Includes breaking ground, drainage, backfill & concrete.
Usually 1 1/2 - 2 days. Everything depends on the length of runs!
