Hi Kia

Each bag of self level mortar cost $40 plus taxes and will cover apprx 40 sqf. You will probable require 9 or 10 bags @ $40 per bag =$360-$400 plus taxes for the material.

The job will take ma a day to complete, my labor fee is $350.00

Thank you

Good afternoon Kia,

Etobicoke is out of my area, but there is more to it than just a per sqft price. I wouldn't give a quote without doing an estimate on-site. Factors to consider are the condition of the floor, furniture, obstructions, etc. I would suggest contacting a local flooring contractor to get a proper estimate. Most flooring stores and installers typically do free estimates so you can get multiple quotes to do the job. Don't worry about waisting anyones time, it's our job and you will be able to build a budget based on the information you get.

Hi Kia,

Etobicoke is far from me. but if you are doing quick leveling for the hardwood floor or tile. you should able to get a price around $65-80 per bag (material + labour)

Hi kia

Im also a renovation cotractor from etobicoke.

Well there is absolutly no fix price per square feet for self levelling concrete since this is always in the pricing package when getting a quote for tile installation.

Thank you
